Summer serenade Southwell Minster is the setting for a beautiful evening of idyllic English music, including Finzi's In Terra Pax.Also included are Elgar's Serenade for Strings, Vaughan Williams' Serenade to Music and St Nicolas by Britten. The concert is on May 31 at 7.30pm and features Nottingham Harmonic Society, Trinity School Choir, Choristers from Southwell Minster, and soloists Colette Bouchelle, Angelica Voje, Christopher Steele, and Vojtech Safarik. They are accompanied by Orchestra da Camera under Murray Stewart. Tickets are priced at £12 and £10, or £5 for children.
